McAllister Ball

McAllister Ball is Vice President of Sales for ExecuSource and ExecuSource Advisors, where he leads the firm's sales strategy, client development, and go-to-market efforts. Since joining ExecuSource in October 2017, he has been instrumental in growing the company's Technology practice and expanding its relationships with middle-market and enterprise organizations across the country.

A consistent top producer throughout his tenure, McAllister has built his career as a trusted partner to clients and candidates. His approach begins with understanding the larger business objective, beyond filling an immediate position. With experience spanning executive search, direct hire, contract staffing, project-based consulting, and strategic advisory services, he helps organizations determine the right combination of people, technology, and strategy to achieve their goals.

In 2026, McAllister helped launch ExecuSource Advisors to extend that approach beyond traditional talent solutions. The practice brings together accomplished business and technology leaders to help clients address complex challenges across cybersecurity, data and AI, infrastructure and business transformation, and fractional leadership. Through a hands-on, partner-led delivery model, ExecuSource Advisors provides practical expertise designed to create measurable business outcomes.

An Atlanta-area native, McAllister attended Wesleyan School and graduated from Georgia College & State University, where he majored in Accounting and Finance. He remains actively involved in the local business community and lives in the Atlanta area with his wife, Katy, and their two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and building relationships throughout Atlanta's business and technology community.
