David Foster
President of ExecuSource, leading the firm's national staffing and advisory growth. A former auditor and nine-year Robert Half veteran, he founded ExecuSource Advisors in 2026.
David Foster is President of ExecuSource, a national staffing and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta specializing in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, and Healthcare talent. Under his leadership, ExecuSource has grown into a trusted partner for mid-market and enterprise organizations across the country, delivering the expertise of a national firm with the responsiveness and personal attention of a boutique practice.
A Georgia native and proud product of Walton High School, David went on to earn his Finance degree through the Honors Program at the University of Georgia. He began his career as an auditor before joining Robert Half, where he spent nine years developing deep expertise in Finance and Accounting talent, building client relationships, market knowledge, and recruiting instincts that would define his career. He joined ExecuSource with a mandate to help scale the firm, and this September marks six years of doing exactly that.
Throughout his career, David has built a reputation for connecting high-performing professionals with organizations at critical inflection points, whether navigating rapid growth, M&A activity, or operational transformation. His background as an auditor and his decade-plus on the front lines of Finance and Accounting recruiting give him a perspective few in the industry can match: he understands the work, the people, and what great talent actually looks like inside a business.
In 2026, David launched ExecuSource Advisors, a strategic advisory practice built on four pillars (Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Fractional CIO Services, and Business Transformation), expanding the firm's value proposition well beyond talent into the full spectrum of challenges facing today's mid-market leadership teams.
ExecuSource is a subsidiary of The Resourcing Group and is backed by MidOcean Partners.
Outside of work, David is a devoted husband to his wife Alexis and a proud father of three: Presley, age five; Palmer, almost two; and baby boy Ford, arriving this December. Rooted in the Forsyth County community, David is an active member of his local church and brings the same values he was raised with (hard work, loyalty, and genuine care for the people around him) to every relationship he builds in business.
