ExecuSource would love to help your connections find their next amazing job. Our Consultant Referral Program rewards you for connecting people with ExecuSource's job opportunities in IT, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare, Engineering, HR, Office/Clerical, and other areas.

Referral program rules and process

Making Referrals

Referrals from the following people are eligible for the Reward Program:

  • ExecuSource consultants in good standing actively working a placement
  • Former consultants in good standing
  • Candidates placed in direct hire positions who have worked at least 90 days with the client

Being Referred

Referred candidates must be in good standing and may not have applied within the past 5 months as of the referral date, and may not be currently interviewing/working with ExecuSource.

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are paid out for eligible referrals based on the following time periods, depending on the kind of placement:

  • $150
    Contract Placements
    After 30 business days
  • $250
    Direct Hire Placements
    After 90 business days

Client Referrals

Consultants/candidates who refer potential clients will receive the same reward rate listed above for all candidates placed at the referred client within 6 months of the referral date.
