How to submit a referral
Email your recruiter or ExecuSource HR with the candidate's name and email address, plus either their resume or a link to their LinkedIn profile. If you don't have a recruiter yet, send it through our contact page and we'll route it.
Referral program rules and process
Making Referrals
Referrals from the following people are eligible for the Reward Program:
- ExecuSource consultants in good standing actively working a placement
- Former consultants in good standing
- Candidates placed in direct hire positions who have worked at least 90 days with the client
Please note: only referrals submitted in an email to your recruiter/ExecuSource HR, or through our contact form, will be eligible for the reward program.
Being Referred
Referred candidates must be in good standing and may not have applied within the past 5 months as of the referral date, and may not be currently interviewing/working with ExecuSource.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are paid out for eligible referrals based on the following time periods, depending on the kind of placement:
- $150Contract PlacementsAfter 30 business days
- $250Direct Hire PlacementsAfter 90 business days
Client Referrals
Consultants/candidates who refer potential clients will receive the same reward rate listed above for all candidates placed at the referred client within 6 months of the referral date.
