AP Specialist
Location: Laurens, SC
Pay: $20-22hr
Schedule: M-F

Our client is seeking some additional accounts payable help for their Laurens facility.  Good environment with a possibility to go permanent.

What you get to do:

• Verify validity of invoices and voucher invoices of payment – 3 way match - PO / Receipt / Invoice.
• Obtain proper approvals for Non-PO invoices, code accordingly, and enter correctly.
• Process payment transactions via check, ach, or wire.
• Must communicate with vendors on a daily basis.
• Performs other payable reporting duties as assigned.
• Sort mail and open AP mail and print AP invoices sent to AP email account

What you need to succeed:

• Prior AP experience
• SAP experience
• Must be reliable with a good work history
