HR Generalist – Professional Services 

Location: Downtown Greenville

Pay: $30-$34/hr

Professional services firm in downtown Greenville seeking experienced HR Generalist. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a solution-driven HR professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities and supporting employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you get to do:

· Lead the administrative side of the annual performance management process using UKG
· Support employee relations, coaching, counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation
· Lead payroll processing, reporting, 401(k), and benefits feeds
· Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, leave programs, COBRA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
· Lead HRIS responsibilities and reporting for UKG and other HR technology platforms
 

What you need to succeed:

· Bachelor’s degree required
· 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent HR role
· 3+ years of experience with employee relations and/or performance management
· UKG experience required
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Experience in a professional services environment preferred
· PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
