Our client is a leading food manufacturer. They seek a Packaging Specifications Manager to lead packaging specification processes, data governance, and compliance while partnering across engineering, operations, quality, sales, and customer teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and maintain packaging specifications, data, and related systems.
• Ensure packaging meets customer, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally on packaging development, plant trials, and commercialization.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to packaging specification staff.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership, development, or project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and specifications.
• Experience with specification/data systems such as Specright, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with customer and regulatory systems such as e-halo, EPR, or related programs.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
