Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist - Manufacturing / High-Volume Staffing

Location: Upstate South Carolina
Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience
Schedule: Full-time | 4 days per week onsite/1 day remote

Our client is a multi-entity organization operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They are focused on building strong talent pipelines, supporting fluctuating workforce demands, and creating efficient, high-quality recruiting and HR processes across multiple business units.

They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join their team in a direct-hire role. This position will have a strong focus on temporary and contingent workforce management while also supporting full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and day-to-day HR operations.

What you get to do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of temporary and contingent staffing across multiple business units, including agency relationships, onboarding, offboarding, timesheets, billing, and workforce coverage.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent roles from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to forecast workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and improve staffing performance.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or high-volume staffing experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong experience managing temporary or contingent workforce programs, along with proficiency using ATS, HRIS, and recruiting tools.
