Maintenance Technician--EPA Certified 
Location: Smyrna, GA 
Pay: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week with occasional overtime as needed)
On-Call: Rotating schedule (1-in-3)

ExecuSource is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a reputable property management group in Atlanta. This opportunity is based at a 250-unit multifamily community in the Smyrna area. You’ll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally

• Perform routine maintenance tasks inside and outside the property

• Prepare apartments for move-in using detailed maintenance punch lists

• Assist in ordering and tracking maintenance supplies

• Handle HVAC and Freon-related work in compliance with EPA regulations

• Maintain company tools, keys, and communication equipment

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

• Provide excellent service to residents and maintain a professional image

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance

• EPA and HVAC certifications required

• CPO certification preferred (or willingness to train)

• Must have personal tools and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Availability for occasional overtime and on-call duties
