  Production Specialist – Healthcare Environment

ExecuSource is hiring a Production Specialist for our client in Piedmont, SC. This is a temporary opportunity with potential to become permanent for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a regulated healthcare production environment.

Pay: $17/hour

Schedule Options

• Option 1: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–8:30 AM
• Option 2: Friday–Sunday, 8:00 PM–8:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Perform production and processing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Complete computer entry and maintain accurate records
• Perform labeling and documentation tasks
• Conduct routine quality control checks on equipment
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure documentation is accurate, precise, and complete
• Assist with maintaining appropriate levels of supplies and materials
• Review records and help ensure processes are completed correctly
• Assist with workflow coordination and communication between shifts
• Support training and coaching of team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to clear background and drug test 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and established protocols
• Comfortable working in a regulated, healthcare, or highly process-driven environment
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Ability to work overnight hours and the required schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
