- Coordinate month-end close for 2 manufacturing facilities
- Financial reporting
- Record intercompany transactions
- Assist in the CFO in documenting and improving internal controls
- Oversee a small accounting team
- Account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Standard costing
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as requested
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement systems/software as needed
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of solid GAAP, month-end close, financial reporting experience
- CPA and/or public accounting a plus
- SAP experience a plus
