ExecuSource is partnering with a growing outpatient orthopedic and spine practice to identify an experienced Regional Director of Clinic Operations to oversee and drive performance across multiple locations throughout the East Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven healthcare operations leader who enjoys developing teams, improving clinic performance, partnering with providers, and helping organizations grow.

What You'll Do:

As Regional Director, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple clinic locations while supporting Clinic Managers and their teams.

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple East Coast outpatient clinics
• Coach, mentor, and develop Clinic Managers and leadership teams
• Monitor and improve key operational, staffing, financial, and patient satisfaction metrics
• Partner with physicians, providers, and executive leadership to execute organizational goals
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and clinic performance
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, quality, and other regulatory standards
• Support new clinic openings, acquisitions, and regional growth initiatives
• Lead and participate in strategic projects that improve overall operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
• Proven experience managing multiple clinic locations
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Experience managing operational and financial performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the East Coast region
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree such as MBA, MHA, or MSN
• Experience within orthopedics, spine, or other outpatient specialty practices
• Experience working with EMR systems
• Background supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, or new clinic launches

Compensation: ~$100,000/year, based on experience, may have some flexibility!
