Our client, a well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Austin, is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, multi-clinic organization.

Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for an experienced clinician seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will:

• Have 1–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience

• Want to put down roots in the Austin/Central Texas community, with an intent to stay with the organization for at least 3 years

New Graduates

Please note: our client is not using recruiting services for new graduate candidates at this time. They have an established residency pipeline for new grads, so this search is focused exclusively on experienced clinicians.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on years of licensed outpatient experience, overall qualifications, and market conditions. Base pay: $80,000–$86,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with significant autonomy
• No routine evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Patient Population

• Primarily adolescents through older adults
• Orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, work-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions

Typical Caseload

Averages 10–12 patients per day, with 2–3 evaluations per day

Specialty Experience

• Outpatient orthopedics required
• Manual therapy experience preferred
• Sports medicine experience a plus, but not required
