ExecuSource is representing a well-established company in the Greenville/Piedmont area that is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative to support increased business demands. This is initially a  temporary role, with the option for permanent hire, career growth, and future advancement for top performers.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online chat
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional solutions
• Escalate complex situations to the appropriate department when needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs 

What You'll Need

• Previous customer service experience in a high volume call center, customer support environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
