AP Clerk– Manufacturing/Oracle/ERP
Location: Conyers, GA (Fully On-Site)
Pay: $22-25/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
*Temp assignment while someone is on leave**

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company and industry leader specializing in the design and production of commercial equipment. Known for their operational excellence and commitment to quality, they serve a wide range of customers across the country and are a trusted name in their space.

They are looking for you, an experienced AP Specialist who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, processing-heavy role. This is a temporary assignment of approximately 8-16 weeks supporting the finance team during a leave of absence.

What you get to do:

• Process accounts payable transactions primarily related to inventory purchasing
• Manage the AP inbox and handle incoming invoices and requests
• Work closely with the General Accountant who will oversee your workflow
• Coordinate with a shared services team handling non-inventory/non-PO purchasing
• Assist with service tickets and other AP related tasks as needed
• Navigate ERP and Oracle systems to process and record transactions accurately

What you need to succeed:

• Prior AP processing experience required
• Manufacturing industry background strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems a plus
• Comfortable working with a shared services team
• Ability to work fully on site in Conyers, GA
• Self-sufficient and able to manage a high volume manual process with minimal supervision
