C-Arm Radiologic Technologist

ExecuSource has partnered with a growing orthopedic group to help fill a Multi-Site C-Arm Radiologic Technologist role covering their office locations across South Carolina.

We're hiring a full-time, permanent tech to operate C-Arm imaging equipment and support physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across clinic locations, including Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Greenville. This is a direct-hire position with regular travel between assigned clinics — not a travel contract or agency assignment. Pay: $30–$35/hour, plus mileage reimbursement or car allowance, and additional travel expenses covered

Responsibilities:

• Operate C-Arm equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Position patients and equipment for optimal imaging results
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow radiation safety protocols and facility guidelines
• Document procedures and patient information accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff across multiple clinic sites
• Travel between assigned South Carolina locations as scheduled

Requirements:

• Active state Radiologic Technologist license (South Carolina)
• ARRT certification in Radiography
• 1+ year of experience operating C-Arm equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations
• Must reside in or near Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, or Greenville, SC
