ExecuSource is currently seeking an Electrician Helper to assist our team of electricians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have some experience in electrical work and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, fixtures, and other components.
• Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks as directed by the electricians.
• Observe and learn from experienced electricians to gain knowledge and experience in the field.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in electrical work is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from electricians.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces as needed.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
