The Accounts Payable Manager leads the accounts payable function, overseeing staff, vendor payments, and AP processes to ensure accurate, timely payments and strong internal controls. This role manages vendor relationships, supports audits, drives process improvements, and oversees AP systems, corporate credit cards, and PCard programs.

What you get to do:

• Manage daily AP operations and supervise the AP team.
• Ensure accurate vendor setup, invoice processing, and timely payments.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, 1099 reporting, and audit requirements.
• Prepare cash forecasts and support financial reporting.
• Lead AP system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Manage corporate credit card and PCard programs, including reconciliations.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate AP staff.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory responsibility.
