Pay: $18-$23/hr+
Schedule: Onsite M-F; 8:00-5:00

What you get to do:
- Produce invoices and provide to customers along with the bills of lading
- Correspond with customers to answer questions and resolve billing issues
- Assemble and maintain all supporting documents related to a particular invoice
- Identify and prep orders for shipping and notify customers of shipping status
- Maintain customer files
- Prior Billing experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid systems skills including Accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated reliability and job stability
