Human Resources Business Partner
Location: St. Charles, IL
Salary: $87,000 - $131,250 (commensurate with experience) + Relocation Assistance Available
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support site leadership and drive key HR initiatives across employee relations, talent development, compliance, and workforce planning.
What you'll be doing:
• Partnering with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
• Leading HR programs, policies, and compliance initiatives
• Supporting recruitment, retention, and employee development efforts
• Coaching leaders and helping resolve employee relations issues
• Utilizing HR metrics and data to support business decisions
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Union experience is required
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• 2+ years of leadership or project leadership experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Manufacturing experience preferred
