- Oversee the annual budgeting process
- Maintain rolling forecasts throughout the year
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Variance analysis on actual vs. budget
- Coordinate with other departments on financial results
- Assist with capital expenditure analysis (ROI, payback, NPV)
- Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of FP&A experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- SAP is a strong plus; ERP a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from top leadership to the operators
