Location: Coastal Delaware
Salary: $28.26/hr - $43.80/hr

Our client, a leading healthcare organization in a thriving coastal community, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join their growing imaging team. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused imaging professional looking to work in a collaborative hospital environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.

What you'll be doing:
· Perform radiographic procedures following established imaging protocols and safety standards
· Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
· Communicate with patients and families to explain procedures and ease concerns
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper patient identification
· Follow radiation safety practices and maintain ALARA standards
· Assist with maintaining equipment, supplies, and a safe imaging environment
· Collaborate with physicians, staff, and radiography students as needed

What you'll need:
· Associate’s Degree in a related field
· Delaware Radiologic Technologist license required
· Delaware Radiation license required
· BLS certification required
· Recent hospital-based radiology experience preferred
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules
