Salary: $80k - $100k + potential bonus

Our client is a stable and growing transportation company seeking a hands-on Terminal Manager to oversee high-volume liquid bulk operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, leading terminal staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead day-to-day terminal operations in a high-volume logistics environment
• Oversee dispatch, driver managers, and terminal support staff
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, customer service, and profitability
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, safety, and leadership teams
• Support driver retention, staffing initiatives, and process improvements
• Ensure freight moves safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What you'll need:
• Prior terminal management or trucking operations leadership experience
• Background in tanker, bulk liquid, or food-grade transportation operations strongly preferred
• Experience leading dispatch and operational teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in time-sensitive logistics operations
• Experience managing multiple operational functions simultaneously
