Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room Position Type: Full-Time
Shift Options: Day & Night Shifts Available
Schedule Options: 40 hours/week and select 32 hours/week opportunities
Location: Onsite in Anderson, SC

Pay Rates:

• Certified Surgical Technologist: Starting at $25.40/hour 
• Surgical Technologist: Starting at $22.22/hour 

Position Summary:

The Surgical Technologist provides technical assistance during surgical procedures utilizing sterile technique to ensure quality patient care and patient safety. This role supports pediatric through geriatric patient populations and assists across all service lines within the operating room.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scrub and provide technical assistance on assigned surgical cases
• Assemble and prepare sterile instruments, supplies, equipment, medications, and solutions required for procedures
• Participate in accurate surgical counts per policy
• Actively participate in verification and debriefing time-outs prior to procedures
• Operate surgical equipment safely and properly

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military equivalent
  • Non-certified candidates may be hired but must obtain certification within 12 months of hire
