Radiologic Technologist

Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – Direct Hire
Location: Smyrna, TN
Pay: $30–$35/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 after 6 months of employment

ExecuSource has partnered with a large, well-renowned Orthopedic Sports Medicine group to identify an experienced Radiologic Technologist for their clinic in Smyrna, TN. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity, and the hiring manager is actively scheduling interviews!

Please note: Candidates must be proficient in both X-Ray and C-Arm imaging.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and instruments for patient procedures
• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging using X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm equipment
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout the imaging process
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience
• Experience operating both X-Ray and C-Arm equipment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Schedule & Benefits
