HR Generalist – Onsite | St. James, MN
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Open to Relocation
Location: St. James, MN
Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week (rare Saturday events). 45 hours/week.
About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist partners with HR Field Operations leadership team and business partners, supporting a wide range of HR specialties in the field operations’ space, including the organization and analysis of metrics, assisting with project management of several HR initiatives, participation and/or leading continuous improvement programs that help clarify/align the field HR community and provides overall support for the HR field operation team’s initiatives, goals and objectives. This role will be an integral member of the HR team, focused on helping the field HR team be great business partners, help make great business decisions and ensures the team remains focused on positively impacting the people experience through cultural alignment, succession planning and project management support for a variety of strategic and administrative initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the HRBP on day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR compliance activities
- Assist with reporting, HR data integrity, and audits
- Serve as an onsite, floor-visible resource for employees and leaders
- Collaborate on performance, attendance, and policy matters
- Support occasional hiring events
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of HR experience without a degree
- Demonstrated well-rounded HR Generalist exposure (ER, compliance, reporting, engagement)
- Manufacturing / industrial experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred (majority Spanish-speaking workforce)
- Approachable and collaborative
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable working on the plant floor
- High integrity and attention to detail (accurate work history required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Commensurate with experience, $55K to $83K
- Bonus and Sign-On Bonus Available
